Emergency response:
Evacuate personnel from the contaminated area to a safe zone, prohibit unrelated personnel from entering the contaminated area, and cut off the fire source. It is recommended that emergency responders wear gas masks and general firefighting protective clothing. Seal the leak while ensuring safety. Spraying mist can reduce evaporation, but it cannot reduce the flammability of leaked materials in confined spaces. Absorb with activated carbon or other inert materials, then collect and transport to waste disposal sites for disposal. You can also rinse with a large amount of water, and dilute the washing water into the wastewater system. If there is a large amount of leakage, use embankments to contain it, and then collect, transfer, recycle or dispose of it harmlessly before disposal.
Precautions for operation:
Sealed operation with comprehensive ventilation. Operators must undergo specialized training and strictly adhere to operating procedures. It is recommended that operators wear self-priming filter type gas masks (half face masks), safety goggles, and anti-static work clothes. Keep away from sources of fire and heat, and smoking is strictly prohibited in the workplace. Use explosion-proof ventilation systems and equipment. Prevent steam leakage into the workplace air. Avoid contact with oxidants and acids. Charging should control the flow rate to prevent static electricity accumulation. Handle with care during transportation to prevent damage to packaging and containers. Equip with corresponding types and quantities of fire-fighting equipment and emergency response equipment for leaks. Empty containers may contain residual harmful substances.
